We hope you're enjoying your experience with Sonnet! Our team is constantly working to enhance your conversation productivity, and we're excited to share some quick updates with you.

What's New: Personalized Brand logo. Based on your email domain, we make Sonnet really yours by adding your company logo on the sidebar, more personalization on request. Merging/Deletion of contacts in your relationships. We realize you don't want 5 of the same person in your conversations so we've implemented a way to select specific contacts and merge them together into the relationship with the most accurate information match. Also, if you no longer want to keep a relationship, you can simply click the "delete contact(s)" button to remove clutter. Minor UI tweaks throughout the app.

Bugs We've Fixed: Constant Sign-outs: We've noticed that some users are repeatedly signed out, even during essential times such as when they're currently recording. We recognize this is a serious issue, and have pushed an update that hopes to patch this. Pending recordings glitch: Some of you reported that select recordings get stuck in the pending state and don't process. Rest assured, these recordings are still saved and not lost, and we've updated our backend so they don't get stuck in a backlog; so that you get your recordings ASAP.

We apologize for any inconvenience these bugs may have caused. We've diagnosed both issues, and both bugs should be resolved in the next few days. Exciting Updates on the Horizon: Your very own Sonnet AI Assistant (directly in-app): We're introducing a Sonnet AI help assistant inside the app, so that you can have custom support at your fingertips instantly, plus learn more about interesting tidbits on Sonnet including our new features, docs, etc. iOS/Android Mobile App: Keep Sonnet with you, wherever you go. So you're not missing us too much whether you're out on a coffee chat in-person or need to make the most out of your phone calls where a Zoom link can't always join you. LAUNCHING in the next few weeks. Windows Desktop App: We're excited to announce that we've been working on a Windows app for Sonnet for some time now, and are planning to launch it next week!
