Hey Sonnet Fans!

We hope you're enjoying your experience with Sonnet! Our team is constantly working to enhance your conversation productivity, and we're excited to share some updates with you.

What's New:

• Download your Recordings: You asked, we listened! Now, you're able to download the conversations you record with Sonnet to your local disk, so you always have it with you! (Currently, for paid users only).
• Export your relationships: We've now added the ability to be able to export your relationships as a .csv file so that it works for your pre-existing systems. More on this below.
• Search your Recordings (Launching in the next few days): This has been a heavily-requested feature, so we've added the ability to search your conversations. Now, you're able to look for specific context in your transcripts and notes so that you never miss a word!

Bugs We're Fixing:

1. Constant Sign-outs: We've noticed that some users are repeatedly signed out, even during essential times such as when they're currently recording. We recognize this is a serious issue, and have pushed an update that hopes to patch this.
2. Pending recordings glitch: Some of you reported that select recordings get stuck in the pending state and don't process. Rest assured, these recordings are still saved and not lost, and we've updated our backend so they don't get stuck in a backlog; so that you get your recordings ASAP.

We apologize for any inconvenience these bugs may have caused. We've diagnosed both issues, and both bugs should be resolved in the next few days. If you encounter any issues or need support, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at anurag@sonnetai.com or in our Slack.

Exciting Updates on the Horizon:

• iOS/Android Mobile App: Keep Sonnet with you, wherever you go. So you're not missing us too much whether you're out on a coffee chat in-person or need to make the most out of your phone calls where a Zoom link can't always join you.
• Merge and deletion of CRM contacts: Say goodbye to 10 different versions of people in the Sonnet CRM. We're introducing a way for you to select and merge your contacts to reduce clutter, and also allowing you to delete unnecessary CRM contacts.
